goHIRE Helps College Students Land a Job
goHIRE is on the campuses of the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, Shaw University and Winston-Salem State University helping minority and women seniors prepare for Corporate America.
The program's pilot run earned 86% of its participants jobs before or within one week of graduation. That is a huge change to the 17% usually attributed to seniors who have jobs after walking across the stage.
